Have a blessed 4th of July

From all the staff at St. Gerald we wish you a Happy 4th of July.
The Parish Office will be closed on July 3rd and 4th and will reopen on Wednesday, July 5 at 11am.
On this Independence Day we remember and pray for all those who have sacrificed for our freedom, following the example of your Son, Jesus Christ. Let us not take our freedom, both physical and spiritual, for granted.
Lord, we ask that you bless those who have served and continue to give their lives for our freedom. Watch over them and their families.
Help us to live our lives in a way that glorifies you, Lord. We ask for the strength to be a blessing in someone else's life today, and grant us the opportunity to lead others into the peace and freedom that can be found in knowing Christ.
