Welcome to the St. Gerald Religious Education for Youth Program also known as "REY".

Our program is on Sunday mornings and Monday evenings. Classes begin the 4th weekend of September and ends in April. As Catholics, we're called to give our children faith formation every year beginning with Kindergarten. Sacraments are a 2-year faith formation. Our students receive the sacraments of 1st Reconciliation and 1st Holy Communion by attending 1st and 2nd grade. Students receive the sacrament of Confirmation by attending 7th and 8th grade. It's critical for children to attend religious education during the non-sacrament years (3rd-6th grade) as well. This is the time when kids learn the most about Jesus our Lord and the scriptures. If your child has missed their 1st year of sacrament preparation, please contact us to discuss available options.

Bienvenidos al Programa de Educación Religiosa para Jóvenes de San Gerald también conocido como "REY".

Nuestro programa es los domingos por la mañana y los lunes por la tarde. Las clases comienzan el cuarto fin de semana de Septiembre y termina en Abril. Como Católicos, estamos llamados a dar a nuestros hijos la formación en la fe cada año a partir de Kindergarten. Los sacramentos son una formación de fe de 2 años. Nuestros estudiantes reciben los sacramentos de 1ra Reconciliación y 1ra Comunión al asistir a 1er y 2do grado. Los estudiantes reciben el sacramento de la Confirmacion al asistir al 7mo y 8vo grado. Es muy importante que los niños asistan a la educación religiosa durante los años en que no reciben los sacramentos (3º a 6º grado) también. Este es el tiempo cuando los niños aprenden más sobre Jesús nuestro Señor y las escrituras. Si su hijo ha perdido su 1er año de preparación para los sacramentos, por favor póngase en contacto con nosotros para discutir las opciones disponibles.

Classes Offered:

Kindergarten thru 8th Grade (Sundays 9:15-10:30 am.)
        Sacrament Catch-Up for 1st Commun.  (Mondays 6-7:00 pm.)
        High School Confirmation (Mondays 6-7:00 pm.)
        RCIA & RCIC (Mondays 6-7:00 pm.)

The Sacrament of 1st Communion and Confirmation 
        each require 2 full years of Faith Preparation.
        Mass attendance is mandatory.

        cada uno requiere 2 años completos de Preparación de Fe.

2024-25 TUITION & FEES

Tuition is to be paid in full at time of Registration. 
Families get $10 off when paid in full at Registration. 
Please let us know if you require a payment plan that will
        allow you to pay in full by the end of the
        calendar year (December 31).

La matrícula debe pagarse en su totalidad
        en el momento de la inscripción. 
Las familias obtendrán un descuento de 10 $ si pagan 
la totalidad en el momento de la inscripción.
